ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 158 days in filling the accompanying petition to set aside the dismissal order made in W.M.P.No.33822 of 2023 in WP No.14070 of 2023 dated 24.01.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the Writ Petition is present and submits that he is not sure whether he will still be retained by the Management or not.

3. Be that as it may, since the above miscellaneous petition is only to condone the delay of 158 days in filing the accompanying petition, which was dismissed for non-prosecution, this Court is of the view that an opportunity can be granted to the workman. Accordingly, the W.M.P.No.42111 of 2025 stands allowed.
