This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 88 days in filing Crl.Apl.SR.No.40790 of 2025 against the Spl.SC.No.163 of 2024 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai 600 104.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 88 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
