Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register an FIR based on the complaint dated 08.04.2016 lodged by the petitioner, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner and the counter petitioner against each other, C.S.R.Nos.40 and 7 of 2016 have been registered.
