The blanket request to give police protection for the disputed property already seized of by the Civil Court and granted injunction. This Court finds that a civil dispute has been given criminal colour by giving a police protection to the property under dispute, unless and until it causes imminent danger to the public and peace, it is left to the wisdom of the respondent police to take appropriate action, if there is any law and order problem arose.
