ORDER
(Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to first and second respondents to produce his wife D.Bhuvaneswari, who is illegally detained by third respondent, before this Court and set her at liberty.

It is the case of the petitioner that he fell in love with Bhuvaneswari and got married to her on 11.07.2022 and had the marriage registered; thereafter, when Bhuvaneswari went to her natal home, her parents have not permitted her to join him, since their marriage is an intercaste one; therefore, he gave a complaint to the police, based on which, a petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.964 of 2022 was registered by the Inspector of Police, Walajapet Police Station.

Today, K.Gokulan (Mobile No.94981 49810), Special SubInspector of Police, Walajapet Police Station, Ranipet District, is present. The petitioner and Bhuvaneswari are also present before this Court. 4.
When we enquired Bhuvaneswari, she stated that her date of birth is 25.09.2001 and she is aged about 21 years. She further stated that she is studying I year M.Sc., and she has got married to the petitioner. Further, she stated that she wants to go with the petitioner. 5.
Since, Bhuvaneswari is not a minor, she is set at liberty to chalk out her own life.
