ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Veppanthattai to dispose the Crl.MP.No.485/2022 in a stipulated time framed by this Court.

2.Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Veppanthattai, to expedite the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.485 of 2022 and complete the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.
