Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint sent by the petitioner to the respondents on 07.03.2016, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner requested the Police to call the counter petitioners and warn them.
