ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first to third respondents to provide Police protection during the demarcating of the petitioner's property by the Surveyor comprised in S.No.125/1, an extent of 89 cents situated at Sorrathu Periya Kuppam Village, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram Revenue District.

2. It is seen that there is a civil suit pending between the parties. Therefore, no Police protection can be given for the civil dispute.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. It is however open for the petitioners to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

5 W.M.P.No.31190 of 2024 is ordered on payment of separate Court fee by each of the petitioners.
