ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.763/2024 by the order dated 12.03.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner underwent surgery. Hence, he prays to relax the conditions.

3. The condition imposed on the petitioner in order dated 12.03.2024 is modified to that effect the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in two months.
