This petition has been filed to extend the time limit for complying with the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.11483 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.831 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time to comply the condition imposed in Para No.5 (i) of the order dated 19.06.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.11483 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.831 of 2025, is extended till 26.08.2025, failing which, the order dated 19.06.2025 stands cancelled automatically and the police officials are at liberty to take appropriate steps to secure the petitioner to comply the order of conviction and sentence imposed by the Trial Court and the Appellate Court. 20-08-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes bkn
