The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.07.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 302, 498(A) thereafter alter to Section 114, 120B, 294(b), 302, 342, 364, 498(A) in Crime No.606 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the daughter of the defacto complainant was murdered by the first accused and the overt act against A2 is that he was also present and cut the throat of the deceased.
3. In view of this fact, though the petitioners have been incarceration for 73 days, at this stage it may not be proper on the part of this Court to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
