This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 368 days in filing the written statement of defendants 1 to 7 in the above mentioned suit in C.S.No.133 of 2022.

2. Since there was no objection no objection on the other side and having regard to the nature of the allegations found in the affidavit with regard to the delay and in order to give a fair opportunity to the defendants, I am inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to post the main suit on 09.11.2023 for framing issues.
