ORDER

The Horticulturists in Nilgiris apparently face some difficulty in repaying their debt and a meeting of the stakeholders was held at the instance of the then District Collector and a proceedings came to be passed on 17.08.2018. The present petition is filed only seeking a direction to the Government to take a call on the aforesaid proceedings of the District Collector/second respondent.

2.Mr.M.Bindran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.This Court now directs the third respondent to consider the proceedings of the District Collector dated 17.08.2018 as a proposal and if need be to hold an meeting with all the stakeholders who are likely to be affected by any such decision, which the third respondent is required to take in pursuance of this order. The entire exercise is required to be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
