This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint made by the petitioner dated 31.12.2015.
2. The petitioner herein has lodged a complaint against one Gunasekaran on the allegation of abuse and threat. Since no action was taken so far, the present petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
4. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.189/2015 was assigned.
5. Since CSR number has been assigned, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct an enquiry on the complaint dated 31.12.2015 given by the petitioner and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.
