PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the judgment and decree of the learned XV Additional City Civil Court, Chennai dated 22.07.2025 made in R.L.T.A.No.3 of 2025 confirming the fair and decretal order passed by the XIV Small Causes Court, Chennai dated 28.08.2023 made in R.L.T.O.P.No.110 of 2023.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on record for the petitioner submitted that possession of petition property had already been taken over by the respondents herein/landladies and hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
