[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed praying to suspend the sentence passed against the petitioner by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem in S.C.No.376/2018 dated 16.10.2023, pending disposal of Criminal Appeal and enlarge the petitioner on bail.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Registry is directed to list the main appeal in the due course.
