The present Civil Miscellaneous petition filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the fair and decretal order passed in R.L.T.A.No.3 of 2025 dated 22.07.2025 passed by the learned XV Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and fair and decretal order passed in R.L.T.O.P.No.110 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023 passed by XIV Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2. In view of the urgency expressed, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission on 13.08.2025, as per roster.
