2.The petitioner claiming himself to be a public spirited person, makes wild allegations against the Government Officials on the complaint dated 23.12.2015.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the respondents.
