ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 2.3.2016 and to investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.On reading of the complaint dated 02.03.2016 given by the petitioner, it is seen that the opposite party has borrowed money from the petitioner and issued cheques, which got dishonoured. police to register the complaint. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
