This Writ Petition is filed, to quash the order No.34/2017 (Complaint Petition No.0935/2016), dated 24.03.2017 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also circulated a memo dated 27.04.2021 to the Registry though e-mail, to that effect.
