..Respondent Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in TIN:No.33793305514 / 16-17 dated 20.11.2020 on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice and direct the respondent to give an opportunity of personal hearing. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she has been instructed to withdraw this writ petition. She has made an endorsement for the said purpose. She further submits that 50% of the disputed tax was deposited by the petitioner in compliance of the conditional stay order. She further requests that the petitioner be permitted to adjust the said sum towards the settlement scheme. It is open to the petitioner, if eligible, to make a request to the relevant authority for such adjustment.
