(c) To pay the costs and;

JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Suit and has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, the Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected application is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
