This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 8065 of 2025 on 12.03.2025, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the RDO dated 08.9.2025, was placed before this Court. A copy of the same was also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Recording the above, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
