C.M.P.No.21095 of 2019 in CRP SR.No.123045 of 2019 R. SURESH KUMAR, J.

This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the attachment order passed in E.P.No.12 of 2019 in ARC No.597 of 2017 vide order dated 12.06.2019 on the file of Subordinate Court at Ponneri, Tiruvallur District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though Vakalat was filed along with the copy application to get the certified copy of the order dated 12.06.2019, since the same has not been entertained by the Execution Court, he was able to get only e-copy obtained from the official website of the Court, and the same has been produced before this Court, and for the time being, the production of the certified copy of the order dated 12.06.2019 can be dispensed with.

3. Considering the same, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall get the certified copy of the order from the Court below and produce the same at a later point of time.
