ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 08.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.92 of 2024, thereby directing the respondent to reconsider the issue of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent passed an order on 03.10.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 03.10.2024 passed by the respondent, before this Court. 3.
