ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide permission to conduct village folk dance and other cultural programs on 14.03.2017 at Theerthampalayam Sri Arulmigu Mariamman Temple existing at Theerthampalayam, Namakkal District.

2. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. The prayer sought for in this petition became infructuous.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
