2 LOGANATHAN Writ petitions under article 226 of the Constitutions of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed their with the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ in the nature of Writ of Certiorari or other appropriate writ or order or direction to call for the records in I.D.No.180 of 2012 on the file of II Additional Labour Court, Chennai-600 104, the 1st respondent herein, to quash the award dated 19.10.2016 (published on 29.12.2016) passed therein [in WP.No.9919 of 2017];
2.To grant an order of interim stay of implementation, enforcement and execution of the award of the II Additional Labour Court, Chennai, the 1st respondent herein dated 19.10.2016 passed in I.D.No.180 of 2012, [in WMP.No.10914 of 2017] pending disposal of the WP.No.9919 of 2017 respectively.
ORDER: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Thirteenth day of December Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 13.07.2021 and letter dated 26.11.2021 vide D.No.1267/2021 from the Presiding Officer, II Additional Labour Court, Chennai, in the presence of MR.M.R.RAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.G.MAGESH KUMAR, Advocate for MR.K.THILAGARAJ, Advocate for the Respondents in both the petitions, this court made the following order: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In accordance with the request made by the Presiding Officer, II Additional Labour Court, Chennai, vide letter dated 26.11.2021 and in continuation of the earlier order of this Court passed in W.P.No.9919 of 2017 dated 13.07.2021, the period to dispose of I.D.No.180 of 2012 is extended by three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
