O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.06.2015 vide C.S.R.No.714 of 2015 and investigate it in accordance with law.
2. The petitioner herein has lodged a complaint against one Ajayraj on the allegation that the said Ajayraj is liable to pay a sum of Rs.5 lakhs to the petitioner and when the petitioner asked him to pay the amount, the said Ajayraj threatened the petitioner. Hence, a complaint was lodged. Since no action was taken so far, the present petition was filed.
3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint C.S.R.No.714/2015 was assigned and on completion of enquiry, the complaint was closed.

4. Since the complaint lodged by the petitioner was closed, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
