Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on petitioner complaint dated 03.01.2016 in CSR No.4 of 2016 on the file of the respondent and to investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
