The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.1409 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 328 of IPC r/w Section 22(a) of the Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003. 2.It is stated that 45 kgs of tobacco products has been seized from the property belonging to the petitioner. The petitioner is the owner of the property.

3.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that A1 and A2 in this case have been arrested and later, enlarged on bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.

4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that A1 and A2 are the only workers under A3/ petitioner herein and they are not the owners. 5.Taking into consideration the facts of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
