Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to Register the petitioner's Complaint dated 24.03.2016, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired in C.No.1341 of 2016 and closed by the respondent police and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
