Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in the order bearing No.2532/Tha.Ku.2/2016 dated 05.11.2016 passed by the third respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to release the petitioner Sugumaran S/o.Vedhachalam, Convict prisoner No.2532 now confined in the Central Prison -1, Puzhal, Chennai on parole for one month from 18.11.2016 to 17.12.2016 and allow the petitioner to see his mother who suffered from cancer sickness and struggling for her last moments in critical condition on account of said illness, the petitioner has to permit to perform his duty to take care of his mother for better treatment.
