Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 2nd respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint posted on 18.04.2016 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 18.04.2016 and to complete the investigation in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.On reading of the complaint dated 18.04.2016, it is seen that the dispute is essentially between the landlord and the tenant, in which, it is alleged that the opposite party namely, the landlord has not returned the lease amount.
