ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner within a specific time period.

2. According to the petitioner, the private respondents are trying to interfere with the peaceful possession of the property of the petitioner and causing life threat to the petitioner. Therefore, seeks police protection.

3. The very allegation in the Petition are general in nature. If any attempt is made by the private respondents to grab the property of the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to file a suit against the private respondents. If at all a real threat is received, it is for the petitioner to lodge a complaint to the police. If such complaint satisfies, the police shall register a case as per law as against the persons who threatened or caused intimidation to the petitioner.
