Crl.M.P. No.13631 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.17754 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Para.5(b) of the order made in Crl.O.P.No.17754 of 2024 dated 29.07.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every alternative days at 10.30a.m. for a period of three months without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that in view of the condition, he is daily wage employee, due this condition, he is unable to commit himself for work to earn for his routine life and has complied the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to modify the condition 5(b) imposed against the petitioner. Accordingly, the condition 5(b) is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police at 10.00a.m on every 1st day of English calender month for the period of three months, the other conditions imposed by this Court are remain intact.
