O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.107 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Villupuram.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that out of 24 witnesses, already 13 witnesses have been examined on the side of the prosecution. 3.In view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage and it is left open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the Court below and it shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.107 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
