JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This writ appeal arises from the order passed by the learned Judge in WMP.No.23793 of 2023 in WP.No.24347 of 2023, on 17.08.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondent fairly submitted that the respondent / writ petitioner has now filed a petition seeking amendment of the prayer made in the writ petition viz., W.P.No.24347 of 2023.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent / writ petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for further adjudication herein. Hence, this writ appeal stands disposed of, leaving it open to the parties to approach the learned Judge for appropriate relief. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
