2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the counter affidavit filed by the respondent.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
