This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 15.09.2022 made in W.P.No.24022 of 2022. 2.It is represented by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents that as against the order passed by this Court, the respondents preferred writ appeal in W.A.No.3504 of 2023 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted an order of ad interim stay on 20.12.2023.
