The learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal original petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect and the same reads as follows :- "In view of the filing of WP.24280/2016, the relief sought for in this Crl.OP is taken care in the W.P., further the relief sought for in the Crl.OP comes to an end and become infructuous. Hence, this Crl.OP may be dismissed as withdrawn."
