This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against fair and decreetal order dated 19.04.2017 passed in E.P.No.19 of 2012 in Arbitration Case LOS/EFD/ARB/202/2010 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruvannamalai.

2. When the matter was listed on 01.03.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 09.03.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 09.03.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
