Respondents in both W.P.s Common Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Third Respondent herein to forthwith (a) re-fix the seniority of the Petitioners herein in the post of Assistant following the proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 10504/2016/P.A.3 dated 08.08.2017 issued in identical circumstances and consequently promote the Petitioners herein notionally as Assistant with all monetary benefits with effect from 05.12.2012 on par with their junior T.A. Sasikala and (b) draw a revised panel of Assistant fit for promotion as Deputy Block Development Officer for the year 2017-2018 by including the names of the Petitioners herein in the panel based on the relaxation granted in G.O. Ms.No. 55, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E.4) Department dated 26.05.2017 and regularly promote the Petitioners herein as Deputy Block

Development Officer in the existing vacancy with notional benefits with effect from 30.05.2017 on part with their junior T.A.Sasikala.
