of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to take part in the transfer counseling as and when conducted for P.G. Assistants by granting him preference for having completed 5 years of service in the same station without reference to the order of re-deployment issued by the 3rd respondent dated 10.07.2019.
