ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to approve reinstatement of the petitioner into service with effect from 02.11.2022 with disbursement of salary in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher and to regularise the period of suspension from 19.08.2003 to 02.11.2022 as duty period with all consequential and other service benefits, including monetary benefits on acquittal from the criminal charges, inn consideration of the representation dated 05.04.2023.

2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner after the acquittal in the criminal case, he was reinstated by the Management. In this regard, the Management has also sent the proposal to count the past service during the suspension, however, the proposal is still pending. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that if the proposal is received by the authorities, the same will be considered on merits.

3. Such view of the matter, if the proposal is sent in this regard and received by the respondents, the respondents shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
