Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to issue a patta to the land situated at Survey No.66/2A of Thyaranadurgam Village, Thuppukanapally Post, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District in favour of the petitioner's mother namely Rajammal W/o. Appayanna based upon the Petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2019. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Kumar Devan For Respondents : Mr.N.Inbanathan, AGP

O R D E R

The petitioner herein is claiming that since her grandmother right their occupation of 1.20 cents of land in Survey No.66/2A seeks patta for the said land and after making representation on 10.06.2019 approached this Court for Mandamus.

2. The documents relied on by the petitioner does not indicate that the petitioner can seek any patta as a matter of right. In fact 'A' Register clearly disclosed the said Survey Number as Poramboke. The tax receipt includes is of date 30.01.1991. This Court cannot give legal sanity of his request to Revenue Authorities based on the representation of the petitioner.
