3.Even though notice served on the Respondents and their names printed in the causelis, no one appeared for the Respondents. Therefore, Respondents are set exparte.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

5.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned.

6.These Petitions are ordered, accordingly.

7.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission on 14.02.2023.
