PRAYER: This Second appeal filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to set aside the decree and the judgment dated 05.04.2017 passed in A.S No. 52 of 2015, on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Vaniyambadi, Vellore District, by modifying the decree dated 21.07.2015 passed in O.S No. 90 of 2013, on the file of the Additional District Munsif of Vaniyambdi.

JUDGMENT

This second appeal has been filed to set aside the decree and the judgment dated 05.04.2017 passed in A.S No. 52 of 2015, on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Vaniyambadi, Vellore District, by modifying the decree dated 21.07.2015 passed in O.S No. 90 of 2013, on the file of the Additional District Munsif of Vaniyambdi.

2. Both side counsels along with their parties appeared before this Court and also filed a joint compromise memo. The terms of the said compromise memo was read over to the parties and they admitted as correct. The memo of compromise is recorded, the terms of the compromise memo as well as the plan attached with it is forming part of the decree.

3. Accordingly, this second appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequentially connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 11.09.2023 pbl
