Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying issue a writ of mandamus to directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2016 with regard to relive the petitioner as per order of the Transfer order issued by the 2nd respondent dated 09.02.2015 to Transferred the 3rd respondent Electricity Distribution Circle and consequently issued instruction for reliving order of the 2nd respondent dated 11.11.2015.
