These petitions have been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in para no.9(b) by an order of this Court, dated 07.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11544 of 2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the conditions imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, till committal and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
