ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the Petitioner's complaint dated 16/12/2015 in Ref:CSR/7/W21/AWPS/2016, dated 05.01.2016, investigate the same in accordance with law and to file a final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police stating that the dispute is between the wife and the husband and they have settled the dispute between themselves in the Family Court and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
